We have some finished bellows that are air tight!

The workstation for getting the job done is well organized (thanks to Kira Marquardt’s talents).  Here you can see most of the construction steps.

It is a slow process as every step that involves glue requires a 24 hour dry time.   Wrapping with the pnuematic cloth is multi-step as well. The glue does not “tack up” quickly and care must be taken to make sure the cloth stays smooth.  A final check is required to ensure each one is air tight!
